When should we set up snow service?
Before the season starts, ideally in the fall. Pre-storm site preparation lets us map each property, mark hazards and set service triggers before the first storm.
What areas are covered?
Parking lots, sidewalks and facility entrances, with ice control, salting and de-icing treatments for high-risk areas.
When does service start during a storm?
We monitor storms and respond based on service triggers, such as a snowfall depth, agreed on ahead of time for each property.
Can you handle properties in multiple states?
Yes. We coordinate winter service across locations and climates through one account team.
